Debra and Boo’s team training has been completed and they have been officially certified as a PAWS Assistance Dog Team! They have trained hard with their field representative and now work together to increase Debra’s independence. Our contributions have helped this team become a reality.
PAWS certification is not the end of service from PAWS to Debra and Boo. Continued support and any additional training they may need will be available to them while they work together over the next 10-12 years! Upon Boo’s retirement , Debra may apply for a PAWS successor Dog. PAWS clients receive a PAWS Assistance Dog and team training at no cost because of generous donors like you.
